Last updated: August 18, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of noname-creative.com and the content, features, forms, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by noname Ltd. Company (“noname,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Site Purpose

The Site provides general information about noname, our capabilities, perspectives, experience, and ways to contact us. Site content is offered for general informational and business-development purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

3. No Client Relationship

Using the Site, sending a message, scheduling a meeting, downloading material, or receiving a response does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. A client relationship exists only after noname and the client sign a written agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the covered services.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, noname grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful internal business and informational purposes. You may not use the Site in a way that infringes rights, disrupts operations, compromises security, or violates law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content except with our written permission or as permitted by law.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Site, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or with our written permission.
  • Interfere with Site operation, introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, submit false information, or use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful activity.
  • Use Site content, brand assets, case examples, or materials to train, develop, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without our prior written permission, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use the Site to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights of any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its text, design, graphics, logos, names, software, code, layouts, concepts, downloads, and other content are owned by noname or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. “noname,” associated logos, and related brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of noname Ltd. Company. No right or license is granted except the limited Site-use right stated in these Terms.

7. Your Submissions

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit through the Site. You grant noname a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, review, and use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, operate the Site, protect security, comply with law, and manage our business relationship.

You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that our permitted use will not violate law or another party’s rights. Do not send confidential, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive information through general Site forms unless we have agreed in writing to receive it securely. An unsolicited submission does not create a confidentiality obligation beyond duties imposed by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

8. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our services, you authorize us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to, embeds from, or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy practices, security, accuracy, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

10. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide useful and current information, but Site content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Results, Examples, and Testimonials

Case examples, percentages, performance descriptions, testimonials, and other outcome statements illustrate specific circumstances and are not promises or guarantees. Results vary based on the business, market, offer, team, budget, timing, competition, implementation, data quality, and other factors. You are responsible for evaluating decisions and obtaining appropriate professional advice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NONAME DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONAME AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF NONAME AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless noname and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Site unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to another valid written agreement, you and noname consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Utah. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. General Terms

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transaction, or transfer of the Site. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact page on noname-creative.com.
